How We Work

When an opportunity arises you are given basic property information to enable the creation of your proposal. We then forward your proposal to the customer and you receive their full details including their phone number to allow you to follow-up.

If you are successful in listing and selling a property, there is a fee equal to 20% of the real estate agent sales commission payable to Perfect Agent.

If you successfully lease or manage a property there is a fee equivalent of 1 week’s rent.
