South Australia is known for its warm climate and beaches, and can lay claim to not one, but two coveted titles: it is the Festival State and the Wine State of Australia. Roughly 1,919 real estate service businesses are active in South Australia, employing about 3,795 estate agents.
When estate agents are a dime a dozen, sifting through the masses to find a real estate agent that is right for you becomes a challenge. Perfect Agent helps you to do just that, and it’s as easy as completing the form above to start the process of finding someone that can help you sell.
Born from a single acre
When Captain Adam Robertson decided to give one acre of land to the local community to build a school in 1853, he could not have foreseen that this small piece of land would eventually turn into what is now known as the sprawling suburb of Golden Grove.
The suburb takes its name from the last ship that Captain Robertson commanded and in the modern day, this leafy part of Adelaide certainly does its name justice. Despite consisting of mostly sand mines, quarries and scrubland up to about 1985, Golden Grove has most definitely come into its own as a residential suburb in the years that followed.
Today it is a mostly residential suburb that centres around Golden Grove Village, a shopping hub that provides residents with everything they may need.
The suburb is characterised by large houses and backyards, and its locality to schools makes it popular for families.
Facts about Golden Grove

– Robin Boyd
– The one acre of land originally donated to the community by Captain Adam Robertson has since grown to 6,844 acres which form the suburb of Golden Grove.
